Weighted at 100 lbs by six years old and exactly 200 lbs by twelve, it seemed that he was going even more…… And he did! He weighted close to 300 lbs at the age 22.
Of course, being excessively over weight was just a normal thing and not like he had ever cared for the past 22 years! Although he tried many weight loss methods, none of them worked…… He failed miserably every time while ended up adding even more on the scales!
After a difficult period of being overly obese and realizing its impact on his health as well as social life, Alexander decided to lose some weight. However, after paying a fortune and ending up gaining more weight, he went about designing his own method instead.
Despite many sacrifices and agonizing pain, he worked toward his goal with determination and willpower. In less than a year, he lost at least 110 lbs.
