Gottfried Eigenmann was Head of the Environmental Audit Group, Ciba-Geigy. From 1991, he has been a private consultant specializing in environmental auditing.
Lu Fu-run is Deputy Director and Chief Engineer of the Environmental Protection Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemistry Industry, PRC.
