Her full-length biographical publications include Liu Chi-wen 1890–1957: Biography of a Revolutionary Leader (2005) and Ruan Yuan, 1764–1849: The Life and Work of a Major Scholar-Official in Nineteenth-Century China before the Opium War (2006).
