| This textbook can be described as a "no-nonsense" textbook for students. All the material in the text contains information that would be highly useful for the student while preparing for the Writing Task 2 section of the IELTS test. Over the years the author has found that teachers often misunderstand what the actual needs of their students are, and they therefore often digress into long discussions and explanations which are not needed to enhance the IELTS Band Score of their students. Over and above the fifty topics found in the model essays, this publication contains a list of no less than 277 official IELTS topics. These topics have been collected from actual tests spanning more than a decade and include the most recent topics to be found. This information is crucial in the preparation for the test as they are actual test topics that could appear at any time in future. |
