I felt safe inside it, and although I wanted to get out, my nerves and anxiety sent me into panic, and I would retreat back inside for my own safety.'';My mind was a battlefield of negative thoughts, which were mainly directed at myself, and God wanted me to think positively about my body and looks and to stop this self-destructive thinking, which led me to self-destructive behaviour'. |
