This is a collection of poems I wrote over the past few years while trying to navigate one of the most confusing seasons of my life-published as a Christmas present to the best woman I ever saw.

The author and poet David Whyte says that poetry is the art of overhearing ourselves say things in the world we didn't know we knew. As I look back, I realize these thoughts and feelings and words could not be expressed in any other way except like this, for you.
