我們每一個人都是一位談判者,每天都不可避免地要與談判相伴。雖然談判隨時都在發生,但要談出好結果卻不容易。常見的談判策略大多屬於溫和或強硬的方式。溫和的方式總是盡量避免摩擦和衝突,為達到共識,往往很快讓步;而強硬的方式則以戰勝對方為目標,堅守立場,但常會兩敗俱傷。
