A refrigerator is an expression of identity--what's stored inside, the origins of its contents, usage patterns, and the ways the exterior of the appliance is adorned--a visual manifestation of a life. Through a socio-cultural survey of twenty-four refrigerators across Hong Kong, Fridge Culture examines identity through this often overlooked everyday appliance.
